The Suture Necklace features a fluid construction accompanied by two charms: a needle and a butterfly bandage.

The necklace measures 18" with a 2" extension. It is made of solid sterling silver. It features a lobster clasp closure and a logo-engraved tag. 

Due to the artisanal nature of this product, slight inconsistencies in the patina and finish may be present. Please note that subtle variations in tone and texture are the signature of sterling silver.
